Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University (MMHAPU) established in 1998. At present the university has 32 affiliated colleges, more than 100 Knowledge Resource Centres and 120 Madrasa . How to Apply for MMHAPU?

All information regarding admission to various courses will be available on the college website.
The limit of minimum no. of students per course in any KRC shall be 15.
If the number of applicants is less than 15 in any course in the KRC then all such students may be transferred to the nearest KRC or to the University headquarters as the case may be without any transfer fee.
Candidates taking admission in Certificate/ Advanced Certificate/ Diploma will have to deposit all fee/ Charges at the time of admission.
Candidates taking admission in degree courses may deposit their Fee / charges in a maximum of two instalments with the consent of the KRC upon registration.
Eligible candidates can apply to the university from the University website / KRC.
Registration fee of INR 200 is applicable on submission of the application form.
The Application form should be filled up with all the required details and should be submitted in the college office / KRC.
Attach all the enclosures asked by the University.
Application Form, along with all the enclosures must be submitted before the last date.
Seats for different caste categories OBC/ EBC/ SC/ ST are reserved as per the rule of the state government.
At the time of admission the candidate has to submit the following documents

Ques. What are the extra circulars available ?

Ans. The University is aware of the need that for all round personality development, it is necessary for the student to register their participation in sports, cultural events, social services, debate, elocution contests, seminars and lectures. This University has also organized inter KRC sports, athletic and cultural meets. KRCs are encouraged and provided incentives for undertaking student related support services such as creation of seminar library, common room facilities, organizing sports and cultural events. The objective of all such activities is to develop leadership quality among the students.

Ans. MMHAPU establishes KRC in areas where there is high concentration of disadvantaged groups and where these groups have limited access or.scope of inclusion in mainstream higher education. For ensuring greater access and inclusion of these students KRC is established in resource rich Institutions having adequate infrastructure and experience in the area of imparting higher education.

Ques. What facilities are provided by KRCs?

Ans. KRC provides facilities like classroom teaching, conduct of practical classes including facilities for Library, Laboratories, Common rooms and remedial classes, if so required. All Admission & Examination forms will be received through KRCs and they will maintain all the necessary records both in hard copy and in electronic storage devices. KRCs will submit progress reports regarding teaching and other activities. University will closely supervise their functioning.
