MATS University Admissions 2024: Admission form, Application process

MATS University offers B.Tech and B.Sc. courses with six different specializations. The engineering degrees also include B.Tech. under lateral entry with a number of specialization subjects as well as Integrated B.Tech-LL.B programme.

Admissions to B.Tech is based on JEE Score, 10+2 (P-C-M) Marks. Duration of regular B.Tech course is 4 years whereas the lateral B.Tech course is of 3 years.

MATS University offers a number of Undergraduate courses in the streams of Science, Arts, Commerce, Computer Application, Business Administration and Legal Studies.

1. Admission to BBA programme is based on 10+2 (P-C-M) Marks, Personal Interview
2. Admission to LL.B programme is based on merit in the 10+2 and LCET or CLAT.
   • For B.A LL.B, BBA LL.B, B.Tech LL.B programmes, admission shall be on the basis of test conducted by MATS Law School or LSAT Score or on the basis of list of CLAT conducted by CLAT coordination committee
   • For B.A. LL.B, preference shall be given to candidates coming from Arts stream
   • For BBA LL.B programme, preference shall be given to candidates coming from commerce / management stream
   • For B.Tech LL.B, preference shall be given to candidates belonging to P-C-M group, but students coming from bio group shall also be eligible for admission
3. Admission to B.A. and B.Com courses are done on the basis on merit of 10+2 followed by Personal Interview
4. Admission to B.P.Ed course is done through Written Test, Physical test, PI (As per NCTE Guidelines)
5. Lateral entry in BCA II year or third semester will be given to the students having qualification DCA (After 10+2) or DOEACC “O” level examination or any other examination considered equivalent by the university

MATS University offers a plethora of courses at the postgraduate level under which includes M.Sc., M.Com., M.A.,LL.M degrees under various specialization subjects. Duration of all the regular PG courses are 2 years

• Admission to M.A. and M.Sc., M.Com courses are done on the basis of merit in the undergraduate level followed by Personal Interview
• For LL.M courses, the candidates seeking admission after appearing / qualifying in CLAT examination shall be given preference in admission
• Admission to PG Diploma in Computer Applications is based on CG Pre-MCA Test, Marks of Graduation, PI

• Admission to M.Tech programme is based on GATE Score Card, Marks obtained in UG Program, Personal Interview
• Admission to MBA programme is based on marks secured in the  Graduation along with GD & PI
• Admission to MCA programme is based on CG Pre-MCA Test, Marks of Graduation, PI
