HNGU Admission 2024: Courses, Fees, Eligibility, Application Form, Last Date to Apply, Selection Criteria

At UG level, HNGU offers BA, B.Sc, B.Com, LL.B, BCA, BBA, B,Com, BSW, B.Voc, B.Ed and B.P.Ed courses along with B.Arch in various disciplines. The minimum eligibility for all the courses is 10+2 from a recognized board. Admission is based on merit drawn by considering candidates’ marks at 10+2 level. B.P.Ed and B.Ed admission is offered on the basis of university-based entrance.

The university also offers B.Arch program for which admission is offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in NATA.

Important Points:

• Final admission to all the course is subject to counselling conducted by the university authorities.
• 50% marks at 10+2 level are mandatory.
• For SC/ST candidates, HNGU offers a 5% relaxation in the minimum aggregate.

A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to PG courses. Admission is based on merit except for MUP, M.Ed and M.P.Ed courses for which the university conducts separate entrance test followed by an interview.

M.Pharm admission is offered on the basis of a valid score in PGCET conducted by ACPC. MBA admission is based on CMAT score. HNGU also offers MHM course for which admission is offered on the basis of MAT score.

Important Points:

• The university also offers MA/ M.Com in External mode.
• For admission to PG programs, candidates must have passed the Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
• Science candidates must have completed their graduation with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
• For SC/ST candidates, there is a 5% relaxation in the basic eligibility.
• The University also conducts a counseling session for final selection of the candidates. 

MHM Application Process 2021

Visit the official website of HNGU and fill the application form. Pay the application fee of INR 500 in the form DD drawn in favour of ‘North Gujarat University’ Payable at Patan’. Send the duly filled application form along with DD and desired documents by hand or by post to:

HNGU offers M.Phil & Ph.D. courses in various specializations at Doctorate level. Admission to these programs require the candidates to clear an entrance test conducted by the University. The minimum educational qualification for the program is Master’s degree in the relevant field with at least 55% marks in aggregate.

The entrance exam will be conducted by the University. Candidates who clear the written test may have to attend an interview round. The University will publish the merit list on its official website only.

To apply to for this program, the candidates will have to visit the official website of the University followed by application form download and submission at the university campus.

The application process of the university is online for all courses except Ph.D. The steps to apply for the courses are given below:

• Select the ‘Admission’ tab and click on ‘Online Admission’
• Fill the application form
• Attach relevant documents, make the online payment and submit the form

Once the form is submitted, candidates will be informed of the further procedure by the University. It should be noted that the Ph.D. candidates may have to download the application form; fill in the details, then send the form along with the required documents to the University.
