Eligibility Criteria
Candidate has to qualify certain eligibility criterion for getting admission in the above mentioned Ph.D. programmes:
- Candidate should have completed M.Phil. or Master’s degree from a recognized university or its equivalent in the relevant or allied subject with a minimum of 55% aggregate
- Candidate should score at least 40% marks in the entrance examination to be selected for the personal interaction
- UGC-NET/SLET candidates are exempted from the entrance examination and should attend only personal interaction for selection

How to Apply 2023?
Step 1: Candidates should register themselves by filling the application forms available at the official website with all the relevant details. Candidates should upload the required documents such as recent size photograph, signature and other relevant certificates.
Step 2: Upon filling-in the application form, the candidate must pay the registration fee of INR 400 (for general and OBC candidates) and INR 200 (for SC/ST candidates) to complete the application process. The candidates can pay the fee through Bank Challan, generated upon submitting the form. The fees can be deposited in the State Bank of India (SBI) through any nationalized bank (NEFT mode).
Step 3: If the candidate is selected, he/she has to submit the printed application form and other documents at the time of admission which includes the following:
- Marksheets and certificate of 10th and 12th
- Provisional certificate of under graduation degree, Master’s degree and M.Phil degree (if any)
- Work experience proof (if applicable)
- SC/ST caste certificate
- Other documents as specified by the institute
