3. Candidate must remmit the entrance fee through DD which should be drawn in favour of 'Manipal University' payable at Manipal or Udupi. Both application number and name should be mentioned on the back of DD.
4. Candidates are not allowed to fold, staple or clip the form.
5. Candidates must keep a copy of the filled application for future reference.
