You will get a ‘SB Collect Reference Number ’ and a receipt of payment of fee after successful payment of the Application fee online. You should take a printout of the online receipt. SB Collect Reference number is important for later logging into the site to continue with stage 2.

Click on the button “Browse” and select the photograph file. Then click on the button “Upload’. The photograph will be displayed on the screen after successful uploading. The photograph file must be in jpg format with size less than or equal to 20 KB.
Now click on the button “Proceed”. The application form is displayed. Fill in all the details correctly and click on the button ‘Save’ to complete the submission.
You can click the button “PRINT” and take a printout of the application.
