Tilak Maharashtara Vidhyapeeth (TMV) Admission 2023: Courses, Application Process, Result

TMV offers 8 B.A courses, 6 BBA courses and 5 other courses at UG level for the duration of 3 years. It also offers B.Ed for the duration of 2 years and 1 year B.L.I.Sc . The admission details along with the eligibility details are discussed below:

With a desire to provide in-depth knowledge of various subjects, M.A and M.Sc courses in 17 disciplines are offered by TMV. The admission details are listed below:

Selection Procedure:

The University conducts a entrance test for admission to the above mentioned courses. The test is of 50 marks with MCQs.

The university offers the below mentioned PG courses for the duration of 2 years. The eligible candidates will have to apply through the forms available at the university premises.

Selection Procedure:

The University admits students under the MBA/ MCA and other PG courses through the entrance test conducted by the university. At the time of final admission qualified candidates will have to be present at the university campus along with the required documents.

The candidates, who wish to pursue M.Phil / Ph.D courses at the university, can apply for the courses listed below. 9 M.Phil and 11 Ph.D courses are offered by the university. The candidate who takes admission to Ph.D shall work as a research scholar for the minimum duration of 3 years.

Selection Procedure:

• The admission to the Research degree courses is based upon the entrance test (100 marks) conducted by the university.
• The qualified candidates will be called for the further round of Personal Interview (50 marks).
• The candidates need to score minimum 50% marks in the entrance test.

The university offers the 9 distance learning courses under the Directorate of Distance Learning. The courses are solely dedicated for imparting high quality education through distance mode, blending traditional and modern teaching methodologies.

Selection Procedure:

The admission to all the distance mode courses is direct. Candidates have to visit the respective study centre with required documents & marks sheet. Final admission will be performed on first come first serve basis followed by analysis marks obtained in the qualifying degree.
