• Candidates can download the concerned application form available at the official university website.
• Candidates can also obtain the application form along with the brochure in person upon payment of required fee of Rs. 1000/- for BDS course, Rs. 500/- for B.Sc Nursing programme and corresponding amount for other courses
• Candidates can also request for the application form to be sent by post. Candidate must attach Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.1100/- or Rs.600/- along with the requisition letter
• Fees must be submitted through demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of the “Registrar, MAHER” payable at Chennai
• Completed applications along with the DD must be submitted and the necessary enclosures to the following address:

1. Attested photocopy of mark sheet/ proof of appearing +2 examination
2. Attested photocopy of transfer certificate
3. Attested photocopy of Community certificate issued by Tahsildar

5. Two passport size colour photographs

Age limit for admission
A candidate should have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or would complete the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the first year UG Degree Course

Selection of the candidate to the undergraduate (UG) courses will be done on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination, conducted by the university.
