In 2023, the university enhanced student learning by hiring 15 to 16 new faculty members per department. These faculty members conduct classes regularly, ensuring syllabi are completed on time. They use a bilingual teaching approach, covering content from basic to advanced levels, and are accessible for student queries both in person and through WhatsApp. The curriculum is tailored to prepare students for competitive exams like NET, GATE, UPSC, and state PCS. Although the faculty-student ratio could be better, the existing faculty remains dedicated to supporting students. The university offers access to government scholarships such as the Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Scheme and PMSS, which provide students with smartphones and tablets. Additionally, the university has its own scholarship program, though it benefits only a few students due to its limited reach. The total cost for education, including hostel facilities, is around 8,000 INR for two years. While master's students do not receive stipends, PhD students are eligible. There are no campus employment opportunities except for placements.
