So, in my opinion, you should go with IIT Kanpur as it is also known for its best-in-class education, and IIT Kanpur ranked 5 in the NIRF 2023 ranking list.

The faculties of IIT BHU are dedicated and the research institutes are also good making it a conducive place for study, contrary to this, IIT Kanpur is known for its education, best curriculum, excellent faculties, and research facilities. Based on the above information, IIT Kanpur is a better choice than IIT BHU.
