Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) invites applications to its various courses in two cycles namely: Summer Session and Winter Session.
The application of one session is not valid for another session.

The university also offers Post Graduate Diplomas in various specializations. Minimum eligibility requirement is to have a graduate degree. Admissions to the PGDs are primarily done on first come first serve basis.
