• It is a credit based course.
• DRIEMS MBA provides dual specialization as per the mandate of Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). Students can opt for specializations as per the suitability.
• The minimum requirement to apply for an MBA Program offered at DRIEMS Cuttack is a Bachelor’s degree.
• Final admissions are based on entrance scores.
• There is no particular age limit for admissions to MBA through OJEE.

The selection criteria for admissions to the MBA Programme of the Institution is strictly based on the merit-list obtained in the entrance exam followed by counselling procedure.

• Candidates can follow the steps below to apply for MBA at DRIEMS
  • Candidates are required to fill the application form online available on the official website of DRIEMS.
  • Candidates are also needed to pay the application fees online through online payment methods via Debit Card or Credit Card or Net Banking.
  • Candidates shall qualify entrance tests as prescribed by the institute.
  • Candidates are then required to register for OJEE MBA counselling by filling in their details on the official website. They must select the course in which they seek admission by filling their choice preference.
  • Registered candidates have to pay the counselling fees for appearing at the nodal center.
  • Candidates must carry the original as well as one set of attested photocopies of the mandatory documents for verification.
• The selection of the candidates will be based on the Merit-List declared by the institution based on Graduation degree and the entrance scores.

Course Curriculum: The entire MBA Program of DRIEMS is divided into a full-time regular 4 semesters of 6 months each. The Institution also offers Internships during summer vacation for the duration of 45 days.

• The course for the first and second semesters has 9 papers each of 3 credits per paper. The first year of the MBA program has the same course for all 4 specializations.
• Students shall choose two elective courses out of the 4 specializations marketing, finance, human resource, and operations.
• The 3rd semester will have 4 papers of 12 credits in each of the two specializations while the 4th Semester is divided into 2 parts of 9 credits each having 3 papers for only one specialization.
• Students are required to complete a summer internship of 45 days worth 4 credits.
