DUVASU, Mathura Admission 2024: Entrance Exam, Application form

Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Pashu Chikitsa Vigyan Vishwavidyalaya Evam Go Anusandhan Sansthan offers B.Sc program in two disciplines with an intake of 60 seats at the UG level.

Candidates who wish to pursue B.Sc must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognized board.

Admission will be based on marks obtained in 10+2 and as per reservation policy of the State.

Key Points:

• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category will be given a relaxation of 5% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• There is no domicile restriction for admission.

DUVASU offers BV.Sc & A.H. program with an intake of 102 seats at the UG level.

Students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks to pursue BV.Sc & A.H. program.

Admission will be based on performance in PVT followed by Counselling.

Note: The minimum qualifying marks for admission to B.V.Sc & A.H programme shall be 50% for UR & OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST category candidates in both preliminary and mains examinations separately.

DUVASU offers M.Sc. course in Biotechnology with an intake of 8 seats at the PG level.

Candidates seeking admission to M.Sc. course must hold a B.Sc. degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks.

Admission will be granted based on Merit in Bachelor’s degree examination and as per reservation policy of the State.

DUVASU offers MV.Sc & A.H. program with an intake of 43 seats at the UG level.

Candidates seeking admission to MV.Sc & A.H. program must hold a BV.Sc & A.H. degree from a recognized university with 6.00/10 or equivalent OGPA/equivalent percentage of marks.

Admission will be granted based on performance in PGET followed by Counselling.

Note: The minimum qualifying marks in PGET for M.V.Sc. shall be 50% for UR and OBC, and 45% for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates who wish to pursue Diploma courses must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with PCB and English from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.

Admission will be granted based on performance in PDET.

Note: The minimum qualifying marks in the PDET shall be 45% for unreserved and OBC candidates and 35% for SC/ST candidates

DUVASU, Mathura offers Ph.D. program in two disciplines with an intake of 15 seats at the Research level.

The minimum eligibility for Ph.D. is candidate must hold a Master’s degree in the concerned subject with an OGPA of 6.5/ 10 or equivalent percentage of marks from a recognized university.

Admission will be given on the basis of scores obtained in PGET followed by Counselling.

• The minimum qualifying marks in PGET for Ph.D. shall be 60% for UR and OBC and 50% for SC/ST candidates.
• Candidates who qualify SRF of ICAR and in-service candidates of other SAUs / SVUs / ICAR and of DUVASU will not be required to appear in the PG Entrance Test.
