• Before filling up the application form canidates must have to check their eligibility for admission to the programme.
• Candidates can obtain the application form from the city office or can apply online also.
• Candidates can get the admission form by submitting the fees of amount Rs. 1000/-.
• It is mandatory that candidates provide their email address so that admission officer can easily use it for any communication.
• Candidates cannot apply more than once for the same programme in one admission year.
• Incomplete application forms will be rejected and the form cost will not be refunded for any reason.
• After submission of admission form it will be processed within 5 working days.
• Qualifying candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of written test or group discussion or interview on their email ID.
• Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the completed application form.
• If candidate fails to pay the fees within the specified date then it will leads to cancel admission.
• Any discrepancy found during documents verification will results in cancellation of admission.
• Candidates have to submit the university admission application form online on the university website www.jlu.edu.in or in person at the University admission office on or before April 28th, 2016.

4. Only foreign candidate/foreign degree holders should attach photocopies of academic transcript and AIU equivalence certificate.
5. High School 10^th Mark sheet & Certificate
6. Intermediate 12^th Mark sheet & Certificate
7. Five passport size recent coloured photographs of the candidate
8. Transfer Certificate /Migration certificate.
9. Character Certificate
10. Caste certificate (if applicable)
