Arch degree course. WUD Sonepat also offers BBA, BVA, BPA, MVA, MPA, MSc and PG Diploma courses. Candidates applying for WUD Admission are required to appear in relevant entrance tests. For admission in the B.Arch program, a valid score in NATA/ JEE is mandatory. Performance in the university's Aptitude Test is taken into consideration for admission in the other UG and PG courses offered at the World University of Design. WUDAT is an online examination of 2.5 hours duration.

Online Mode
Step 1: Visit the official website of the university and go to the ‘Admission’ tab.
Step 2: Click on ‘Register and Apply Online’.
Step 3: Fill all the required details and pay the application fee of INR 1,000 through Debit/ Credit/ Net Transfer.

World University of Design Placement
WUD offers assured placement and entrepreneurial support through partner companies, industry networks & incubation centers. The current fashion batch, for example, got internships with brands like Reliance Retail, Fabindia, Future Group, Maxx, Shahi exports, Namrata Joshipura, Pallavi Mohan, etc. The placements till 2021 were 92%. For 2022, pre-placement offers are already streaming in with the top package so far being 24 LPA. The list of some well-known brands visiting WUD for placements include — Amazon, Whirlpool, KPMG, Capgemini, Benetton, Human Factors International, Pepperfry, AJIO, Max Fashion (Landmark Group), Milton, Kangaroo, Cognizant, TATA Class edge, Studio Lotus, JLL, EX2 India and over 100 other companies.

Ques. Does the World University of Design offer an Industry Internship?
Ans. Yes, there will be an opportunity to work with the industry in the 3rd year as a summer internship (2 months appx) and the final year as an (Industry training: 4-6 months) graduation project.

Ques. How many industrial visits does the World University of Design have in one academic session?
Ans. There are a lot of industry interfaces built into the curriculum. There are 2-3 average visits depending on the subject and semester.
Ques. Can I avoid the entrance test and interview altogether and block my seat by coming through the management quota at the World University of Design?
Ans. The Entrance exam/ Interview is mandatory for admission. However, WUD promotes students from Haryana and students with industry backgrounds to join its programs and there will be a preference for them.

Scholarship Rules & Regulations
- These scholarship offers are valid at the time of admission only. They cannot be claimed later under any circumstances.
- To keep availing of these scholarships, students must continue to meet pre-defined academic standards including maintaining a minimum CGPA of 7.0 and the minimum attendance criteria every semester.
- If a student fails to fulfill the scholarship continuation criteria, the scholarship will be withdrawn and he/she would be required to pay full fees for the rest of the program*.
- The net scholarship amount will be adjusted against the fee payable in the following manner: First-year fee is fully payable. Final Year will be totally free with 100% of the annual fee being adjusted against scholarship. The remaining scholarship amount will be equally divided into 2, 3 or 4 years depending on the duration of the program.
- Only one kind of scholarship can be availed by one student.
- In aggregate percentage Physical Education/ Fine Arts/ Performing Arts/ Vocational/ Non-written subjects will not be considered.
- No amount of scholarship will be paid in cash.
- Scholarship offers apply only to those students who have appeared for and cleared the Aptitude Test & Interview and their admission is granted.
- Scholarships will be awarded to 10% of total enrolled strength in each case on a first come first serve basis.
- *Scholarship for the 1st year will however be adjusted against the second year fee.
Special Scholarships
In an effort to make quality design education more affordable and to further the advancement opportunities for students with creative talent but coming through constrained opportunities, World University of Design, through an exclusive tie-up with an NGO-SAPNAY has instituted the following Scholarships, each worth 20% of total fee amount:
- Wards of Defense Personnel
- Wards of Serving Teachers
- Daughter’s Privilege
- Single Parent Child
- Sports (National Representation)
- Performing Arts (National Representation)
Award of these scholarships will be governed by the following rules and guidelines –
- These scholarships would apply to those not covered under existing merit-based Scholarships.
- These scholarships will be awarded totally at the discretion of the University/ SAPNAY ® and the total number of scholarships will be limited to 10% of the total enrolled strength in each program on a first come first serve basis.
- The University reserves the right to offer these Scholarships through its own additional assessment. The University may ask for additional documents by way of School Certificates, Income Statements, details of examination taken, etc. The onus will be on the candidate to produce the required documents in Original to support the award of scholarship
- The decision of the University towards such Scholarships will be final and binding. The scholarships are a privilege towards fulfilling a specific purpose and not an entitlement.
- These Scholarships will be processed after a student joins the University. Until the time of joining, the candidates are expected to follow the common selection process.
