B Arch Admission
The admission for B Arch is mostly done through entrance exams but there are colleges that admit students based on their class 12 marks. Maths is a compulsory subject and students must have science in class 12.
B Arch Eligibility
The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into the B Arch, students must fulfill the following conditions:
- Students must have completed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in addition to the required subjects (PCM).
- The pass percentage for the reserved category is 45%( that is a 5% relaxation).
- Students must have completed a Class 10 three-year diploma program in any field from a recognized university/board/institution.
- Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with 80% marks conducted by the Council of Architecture(CoA)
Some colleges take admission on the basis of other architectural entrance exams as well, so it is not compulsory to give NATA. But you must prepare and give this exam if you want to take admission in the best B Arch colleges in India.

Candidates can take admission in this course through NATA or any other architectural entrance exam.
Basic steps of B Arch admission procedure is as follows:
- Visit the official website of the institute or directly visit the admission office of the institute to avail of the application forms.
- Fill out the application form carefully, and upload the documents the college has asked for in the application form in the prescribed dimensions and format.
- Make the final payment of the registration fee(if any)
- Take the printout of the application form for future reference.
