Nalanda University Scholarship
The university provides two types of scholarship programs as Merit Scholarships & Means-cum-Merit Scholarships. Nalanda University offers scholarships for both international & national students.
The aids are for those who are academically good and financially backward.
Students whose family income is less than INR 4.5 LPA can avail of the Means-cum-Merit scholarship. Students need to apply for this scholarship aid before July as the deadline for the application is July, every year.
Both the scholarships are waivers of tuition fees, residential and mess charges. Students studying the Regular PhD program will be awarded a fellowship per month as per Nalanda University norms.
Nalanda University Facilities
- Library: The university has a library that is automated by KOHA. The library is fully air-conditioned and enabled with a Wifi connection. To archive e-resources, the university has implemented an open source library that can be availed by the students and also by the faculty members. The library facilities are intended to help students in their academics and research works.
- Sports: Nalanda University has arrangements for recreation, sports and games for the students' refreshment.
- Laboratory: The university has a well-equipped laboratory with all the required apparatus.
- Hostel: The university has hostel facilities too with all the basic required amenities. The hotels are available for both men & women. The fee of the hostel is INR 34.92 K to 47.42 K per year.
