On the basis of the merit list, students are invited for the admission and counselling process. Students have to register online and fill their choices to take part in counselling. Seats are awarded through a Centralized counselling on the basis of the merit. The schedule of the counselling rounds will be conditioned on the website after the results have been declared. Also, the availability and allotment of seats would decide admission of the qualifying candidates.

On the basis of the merit, the result is announced in June in online mode in the official portal. The results will have candidates score in each subject together with the combined scores and All India Rank. The merit list will be used for allotment of seats.
How to Apply for Radha Govind University Jharkhand 2023
The application forms are released during the month of April. The forms are available in online mode in the official website. Candidates should check the website regularly in order to stay updated with the important dates related to the admissions.
Procedure of filling the online admission form:
- Click on online admission form
- Insert all necessary details in form like the personal information, course details, academic qualification details, communication details etc. while filling the application form.
- Enter your name, e-mail ID, mobile number, gender etc. to register and to generate the application number and the log-in information
- Upload all the relevant documents and scanned image of the passport size photograph
