• Candidates who will qualify the common entrance test will have to register for the counselling process.
• The registration for GUJCET counselling can be done at any designated bank branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
• The registration fee for GUJCET counselling is INR 350.

How to Apply for B.Tech. course?

The candidate will have to submit the self-attested copies of the following documents along with the print out of the registration form at the Help Center:

1. 10th and 12th Mark Sheet
2. 10th and 12th Pass Certificate
3. Category Certificate (if applicable)
4. Transfer Certificate
5. Several Passport Size Photographs
6. GUJCET 2021 Result
7. Income Certificate
8. Disability Certificate
9. Such other certificates as the Admission Committee deems necessary.
10. During the time of counselling, candidates can choose their preference for colleges. The final allotment of seats will be based on the merit of candidates, availability of seats and category.
11. Candidates who have obtained high scores in GUJCET 2021 entrance examination will have higher chances of getting admission in their preferred college.

• Admission to B.Pharma. is based on the scores obtained in GPAT entrance exam.
• The allotment of seats will be based on the merit list and candidates’ scores.
• The GPAT 2021 seat allotment order can be downloaded from the official website.
• Once the allotment process is complete, candidates must reach the allotted institute with the required documents.
• The admission fee (as per the fee structure of each institute) must be paid to conclude the admission process

How to Apply for the Course?

2. Register on the website and fill in the necessary details.
3. After the exam has been conducted and results are declared, candidates will have to appear in counselling along with the documents as follows:
