The program gives you a chance to study the theory and practice of history in a junior seminar dedicated to social studies pedagogy. You complete the program with a capstone project that requires you to conduct intensive, original research that serves as the foundation for an instructional unit ready for use in a social studies classroom. At the end of each semester, you will present your results in a day-long public conference.

Academic requirements:
