The Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology program prepares graduates for a career applying technical knowledge and leadership skills to contribute to manufacturing competitiveness through process and systems design, operations, quality, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and sustainability.? Graduates are prepared to employ strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills and participate productively on professional teams and to develop and continuously improve in a career in manufacturing or a related field.
The program?s format is designed to be accessible and flexible for both full-time students and working professionals. The program uses distance learning lectures and bundled lab sessions and the degree requirements allow for transfer of course credits from other programs and institutions.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by foreign credentials evaluation service
- Applicant must have completed the following coursework: algebra I, algebra II, geometry, lab physics or lab chemistry
- Submit a personal statement
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 61 in ibt; 500 in PBT; 173 in CBT
- IELTS: minimum 5.5
- Duolingo: minimum 90
- PTE: minimum 44
