A Music Bachelor of Arts provides in-depth training of a primary and secondary instrument of your choice, as well as vocal diction. Other courses focus on music history (pre-1750 to the present) as well as analytical techniques, political history, and art. You will examine selected non-Western cultures, especially Chinese, Japanese, and African cultures, and apply theory to 18th and 19th century compositions for a deeper musical analysis. With a Bachelor of Arts in Music, you will refine your music performance and studio teaching skills with a broad musical education.

Academic Requirements:
- Submit an official transcript from secondary and post-secondary school attended
- Official transcripts must be translated into English and evaluated by an NACES accredited agency
- Students with GPA below 2.9 need to complete an academic questionnaire
- Submit SAT/ACT test scores
- Submit a story about what god is doing in your life
- Students must complete an audition for admissions consideration to the university
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
