Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a Bachelor of Science degree in acrchitecture field or closely related field from a recognized university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 during the last 2 years is required.
- The Lower GPAs require special action and substantiation, such as good test scores on the GRE or other recognized examinations.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year bachelors degree from a recognized institution
- Or, completed a 3-year UG degree from an accredited institution
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
Scores Required
Submission of GRE score is recommended but not required.

Following are the required documents:
- Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
- Unofficial Transcripts – As part of the application submission process, all applicants are required to upload unofficial copies of all post-secondary transcripts to the online application. Official transcripts are only required if accepted by the academic program.
- Three letters of recommendation - Students should upload LOR in Slate by the recommenders. Letters must come from a school e-mail address, not personal accounts (like yahoo, Gmail, etc).
- Statement of Objectives - One-page letter telling about themselves and the area students will study if accepted (uploaded in Slate).
- Portfolio or Dossier – All applicants will submit an electronic portfolio or dossier.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
