The institute provides accommodations in four residential halls namely Gateway, Mayeroff House, Mount Royal Apartments, and Founders Green. First year students are required to pay the housing deposit of 500 USD including non-refundable deposit of 300 USD.
- Gateway: Accommodates 215 upper-class students in 65 apartments, and are either 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms with each apartment having a kitchen, living area, and a bathroom.
