For undergrad admission, the only requirements were test scores, GPA, and extracurriculars. I wrote about my high school involvement in clubs and out-of-school service projects and internships.

Scholarship
I received the Bailey Award which is a 3,500 USD scholarship. Along with that, I received a 1,000 USD grant from Phi Eta Sigma National Academic Honor's Society. For both applications, I had to submit 2 LoR's and 5 service-related essays on the given prompts.
