The UAB Structural Engineering (Civil Structures) MEngr degree track of study is specifically designed for working professionals and is committed to provide a high-quality graduate degree for students who want to master the structural engineering practice through a mix of analysis and design courses.?
In addition, students will also learn real-world business management skills applicable to managers and leaders in the engineering community. The program will help students prepare for the Professional Engineer Exam as well as the prestigious Structural Engineering Certification Exam.
Students from throughout the country have the opportunity to participate in a highly interactive virtual classroom to study structural engineering under the tutelage of a stellar faculty of seasoned professional engineers. The 30-hour curriculum designed to be completed by working professionals in about 19 months.
