South Dakota State University is one of the largest public universities located in Brookings, South Dakota. SDSU was established in 1881 which was authorized by the Dakota Territorial Legislature. SDSU also offers research programs. SDSU is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

• Binnewies Hall: Rooms for almost 500 students with all amenities
• Brown Hall: it is a co-ed hall for first and second-year students. It has a double room for 380 students.
• Mathews Hall: it is a co-ed hall for first and second-year students with Window AC Units for 380 students.
• Honors Hall : it is Co-ed hall with Suite and double room options for 198 students
