Our MA program, constructed according to the industry standard ?Scientist-Practitioner Model,? prepares high-quality professionals specialized in I/O topics and with expertise in research methodology and quantitative approaches to organizational issues. Students will develop skills to solve critical problems in private and public sector organizations using empirical-evidenced knowledge.

Careers

Most students who graduate with a master?s in I/O psychology get jobs consulting in topic areas from the field and/or in human resources. This includes internal and external consulting, as well as the training and development field. Roosevelt graduates also have moved on to complete their PhD, both locally and at other top programs.
