The programme offered by Roosevelt University is designed to provide students with the critical competencies required to be a successful HR professional in today’s modern business landscape. We prepare our graduates to lead the creation and execution of effective HR policies and practices in either the private or public sector. The program’s curriculum provides graduates with both the knowledge base and applied skills to thrive in roles as HR specialists, HR generalists, HR managers, or beyond, whether working in a Fortune 500 company or a small enterprise.
The program is designed with flexibility and convenience in mind to meet the needs of busy working professionals. The program can be pursued on either a full- or part-time basis, with courses generally being offered in the evenings and some on weekends. The complete program is available at both our downtown Chicago Campus and our suburban Schaumburg Campus locations.
Careers
Roosevelt graduates have pursued jobs with Fortune 500 companies, federal, local and state enterprises, or have started their own ventures. Our graduates have pursued successful careers as HR generalists, HR managers, directors of HR, as well as any numerous HR specialist roles (e.g. compensation analyst, recruiter, etc.).
