Colorado Technical University’s Master of Science in Computer Science program is designed to provide technical depth in computer science—and in software engineering, security, and database management systems.
This program provides the student with an opportunity to advance their knowledge of core computer skills, and explore operating systems, network architecture, and software system engineering processes.
Students will be pursuing their study in one of the concentration-database systems, computer system security and software engineering, or a general computer science track.
The demand for highly trained individuals in the field of computer science will only continue to grow as digital technology creates new avenues for communicating, innovating, and doing business.
The MSCS curriculum is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of operating systems, network architecture, and software system engineering processes.
In addition to this foundational coursework, students can also focus their study by pursuing one of four concentrations, including database systems, general computer science, computer system security, and software engineering.

Academic Eligibility:

Students should hold a bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
The cumulative undergraduate grade-point average of 2.0/4.0 or higher.
Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
Submission of GRE or GMAT score is not required for all master’s programs for 2021.
