Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree in liberal arts and sciences as well as the design and planning disciplines or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete an undergraduate degree with first-class in a relevant field from a highly-ranked university in India.
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
Scores Required
- Submission of GRE scores is not required but recommended if undergraduate GPA is below 3.0.
- Duolingo English Test Minimum Score: 105

- Personal Statement: Reasons or intentions for pursuing studies in this program, including a description of prior experience.
- Official Transcripts: Applicants who have attended and/or received degrees from institutions outside the US must provide certified copies and certified English translations of transcripts or records of all previous post-secondary education and of all degrees conferred.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases students’ best work. Portfolios are submitted through the online application. Students with a degree in landscape architecture are expected to include studio work. Students with no background in landscape architecture should demonstrate their creative abilities through whatever media they are comfortable with. Portfolios should be designed for viewing on a computer screen. Please avoid double-page spreads.
- ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
