Fairfield University's Master's Degree Program in Mathematics is designed for students who have a strong undergraduate background in mathematics or a related field. Our program caters to students in many different situations, including, but not limited to, middle- and secondary-school teachers, those seeking to teach in two-year colleges, business professionals whose work is quantitative in nature, students desiring solid preparation for entrance into a doctoral program, and those who are simply attracted by the beauty of mathematics.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
- Official transcripts must contain course by course evaluation and should be evaluated by a NACES accredited agency
- Submit a personal statement of self evaluation of the applicants work experience and career objectives
- Submit a professional resume that contains applicants employment history and education
- Submit two letters of recommendation from a current employer, professor or supervisor
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 80 in ibt; 213 in CBT; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- Duolingo: minimum 105
