Students interested in a career in environmental chemistry or teacher education should follow the Environmental Chemistry emphasis or Teacher Education program as outlined below.
Your advisor will help you supplement your major program of study with substantial courses in other subject areas. Supplementing your chemistry courses with studies in areas such as agriculture, biology, geosciences, physics or business gives you the opportunity to tailor your program to individual interests and vocational goals.

Academic Requirements:

- Applicants must have minimum GPA 2.5 or equivalent
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 61 in ibt; 500 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 5.5
- Duolingo: minimum 90
