The Department of Chemistry offers masters and doctoral graduate degrees in Chemistry.
From chemical catalysis and measurement to structure, dynamics, and mechanisms, your research focus can be boundless. Specialities include education, life processes, environmental, macromolecular, supramolecular, and nanochemistry as well as theory, models, and computational methods. Our focus is interdisciplinary and collaborative.
PhD students will develop an original research question, execute research, write a thesis, and take both written and oral examinations to demonstrate competency in the discipline.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Requirements:

Students must have a master's degree from a recognized university.
Applicants have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or better on a 4.0 scale.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
