With a building having more than 11 storeys, Loma Linda University parents 8 medical schools in different specializations.
- The foundation for the Sanitarium of Loma Linda, California was laid on August 26, 1905.
- The Medical Center at Loma Linda University Campus was opened for studies on July 9, 1967. The Medical Center admits the largest number of inpatients in the region. It also holds the record for the largest outpatient surgeries which is 50,000.
- Loma Linda University provides a record 900 beds to its patient care system including more than 400 faculty physicians.
Housing Facilities/Residence
Loma Linda University grants its scholars with on-campus accommodation faculties across its 2 housing complexes. These housing complexes include Lindsay Hall and Daniells Residence complex. The university offers an array of courses for international students which includes more than 100 degrees and certificate programs through its 8 schools and Faculty of Graduate Studies.

The University offers admissions on a rolling basis till the availability of seat permits. While some of the programs have specific deadlines, they are not strictly followed and applicants can apply for admission at Loma Linda University if seats are available.
