Master of Business Administration in Management - Business Analytics at the University of California Los Angeles is a 2 years program.
It is an on-campus program offered on a full-time basis.
The five required elements of the UCLA MBA program are the management core, Leadership Foundations, the advanced electives, the international requirement, and the Applied Management Research project.
Students have to successfully complete a total of 94 units of course work for the degree.
Students have to attend on-campus classes from 8:00 a.m until late into the night during their first year.
Hours that are not scheduled for the class are typically used for club meetings, recruiting, and homework.
The front-loaded core curriculum of the program allows students to begin elective courses in the winter quarter of their first year.
This flexibility helps students to quickly build in-depth expertise in their chosen function and industry, strengthening their performance in the summer internship.
Students have to complete the capstone project which provides the opportunity to apply the tools from the core curriculum to a real-world business challenge
UCLA Anderson’s capstone field study project gives students hands-on client experience and allows them to research and recommend strategic solutions for some of the top companies in the world.
Students are surrounded by talented classmates from all backgrounds and industries working for some of the top organizations like Disney, Accenture, McMASTER-CARR, Google, Nestle, SONY, PIMCO, etc.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must complete a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Students are expected to have a strong quantitative background, including linear algebra, multivariate calculus, statistics, and probability.
A GPA of 3.1 to 3.8 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.

Work Experience Eligibility:

Students must hold a superior academic record and a minimum of four to six years of work and/or managerial experience.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Students need to submit a minimum GMAT score and GRE exam scores for a better chance of admission.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
