Our professional accountancy track prepares you to become a certified public accountant (CPA). In South Dakota and most other states, CPA candidates are required to have 150 semester hours of college credit before they?re allowed to take the test. This is more than the average major requires, so we created this professional track degree especially for this requirement.

Accounting students can also choose to continue their education with a?Master of Business Administration?(MBA) at DSU. If you?re interested in a graduate degree, we?ll work with you to develop a plan for your future and make sure you take all the right courses.
