The department offers an ABET accredited B.S.Ch.E. (Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering) degree. Courses in thermodynamics, material and energy balances, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, separations, and other topics build to an individual senior project. Often these projects are done in conjunction with an industrial internship, enabling students to apply their academic training to real world problems.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and all educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluate by a NACES accredited university
- Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent on a scale of 4.0
- Students with GPA lower than 3.0 need to submit SAT (990 minimum) or ACT(19 minimum) scores
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 68 in iBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
- Duolingo: minimum 100
