The Clayton State university offers Undergraduate Admissions in 60 different majors. The university provides similar deadlines and application procedures for domestic undergraduate applicants as well as international applicants. However, the university asks for different admission requirements from domestic undergraduate applicants.

Admission Requirements: 

• Official ACT and SAT Scores
• Submit a Certificate of Immunization.
• Submit official GED score in a sealed envelope or must be electronically mailed from the testing provider.
• All official transcripts of high school
• Proof of 2.0 or higher grade point average (GPA)
• English proficiency test score for international applicants
• Score of Accuplacer Test is required for the Non-Traditional Freshman admissions.

Furthermore, Clayton State University has designed a Bridge program to support students who have performed exceptionally great in academics but could not qualify the minimum criteria set by the university for ACT and SAT scores. Under this program, the students are invited to attend the program during the summer to prepare for the fall semester and they will connect with support services while earning six college credits.

The institute offers graduate degrees in various fields such as Business Administration, Public Administration, and Health Administration, and Counseling Psychology to students. Applications for Clayton State University are to be made via University Portal only. 

The programs require an average GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 GPA. However, the specific academic requirements for some of the popular graduate programs offered by the Clayton University:

Students are notified about the admission decision through an email notification with the confirmation of application receipt, link to set up personal SWAN account. Upon acceptance, an immunization form must be completed and submitted by all admitted applicants. All accepted entering students are eligible for Clayton State University Scholarships. There is no need to apply separately for the scholarship, all students meeting the criteria will be automatically considered. Students who need monetary aid may also apply for other financial aid and scholarships.
