Master of Science in Strategic and Digital Communication at Drexel University is a 1-year (5 quarters) program.
It is a blended program offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
The program provides an outstanding foundation for communication careers and prepares students to succeed in various media environments and platforms, as well as in communication contexts that are characterized by advanced digitization.
Students are required to successfully complete 45 graduate credits for the program.
The program provides a strong grounding in theoretical approaches to communication, ethics and media/communication policy.
The two specializations of the program are:
- Strategic communication
- Digital communication
Students get the opportunity to learn from outstanding faculty members who either hold a PhD or possess considerable industry experience.
Students can complete all required coursework in the evening classes.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must hold a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States or an equivalent international institution.
A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required on a 4.0 scale.

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
