Specifically, the program will prepare you to:

• assist planners, chambers of commerce, state and municipal officials, members of the hospitality industry, and others to bring greater value and efficiency to a broad range of tourism and hospitality ventures;
• track trends within the tourism industry and disseminate them effectively;
• help industry professionals identify challenges and prospects, establish goals and objectives, identify needs, determine appropriate courses of action, and communicate effectively to various constituencies.
