By integrating concept development and artistic practice with technology, students acquire an understanding of the art of visual communication as preparation for professional employment in the field of graphic design or for graduate study.?
Classes are held in our professional Digital Media Center. The DMC is equipped with flat-panel Apple Macintosh computers loaded with Adobe CS6 design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver.) The DMC has a tabloid format color laser printer and dedicated flatbed and film scanners. In addition the university Tech Center is fully equipped with Apple Macintosh computers.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of secondary school and all previous education
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by ECE or any other agency
- Applicants must have a GPA of minimum 2.7 for admissions consideration
- Applicants need to submit an essay
- Submitting official SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 79-80
- IELTS: minimum score of 7
- PTE: minimum score of 53
