The program strives to expand opportunities for students to participate and lead in professional work and civic affairs, with strong legal standards, ethical commitment, compassion, and appreciation for the roles of other officials and community stakeholders in 21st-century governance.
The MPA Evening Program is designed for the working professional. Students are able to select their own concentration, and choose their own pace for courses typically offered one night per week (per course) from 6-9 p.m. Depending on how many courses a student takes per semester, this degree can be completed in two years but might take as long as four years.

- The ability to develop an awareness of approaches to leadership and the centrality of context to its effectiveness.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university or from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in their home country with at least a 3.0 or higher undergraduate weighted mean GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
