- The MHA program employs a dual-degree format; prospective students must first apply and be admitted to a primary graduate program at the University of Utah, including the Full-Time Master of Business Administration (MBA), Professional Master of Business Administration (PMBA), Master of Public Administration (MPA) or Master of Public Health (MPH).
- This format gives our students significant advantages in the competitive healthcare field, as they graduate with an increased depth of knowledge in business, policy, or public health.
- This depth of education not only sets students apart from others with an MHA but also provides broader alternatives for career development. Dual degrees are rigorous and require dedication, signaling to employers your commitment to the field of healthcare.
- MHA students have the advantage of earning their healthcare administration in a city filled with some of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals and healthcare facilities. Executive mentors, guest lecturers, and networking opportunities are accessible for students throughout the program.
