The degree offers two concentrations. The Pre-Medicine Concentration meets typical application requirements for American medical and dental schools. The Health Careers Concentration prepares graduates for a wide variety of health-related careers.
Students seeking the Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Humanities must fulfill University Core Curriculum requirements in the same manner as other students. If courses are taken to satisfy both degree requirements and Core Curriculum requirements, then students may need to take additional courses in order to meet the minimum number of semester
credit hours required for this degree.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Applicants must submit high school diploma
- Applicants must have minimum GPA 2.5 or equivalent
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in ibt; 550 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum 6.5
- PTE: minimum 58
