Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a baccalaureate degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited college or university.
- A cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for students' entire undergraduate careers.
- Students must upload transcripts from the school where they received their bachelor’s degree and any courses taken beyond regardless of whether a degree was obtained.
- Suppose a student's degree is a 3-year bachelor’s degree from India, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka, or certain other countries. In that case, the University of Connecticut will not consider the degree to be equivalent to a 4-year US bachelor’s degree.
- If English is not the student’s primary language, they may be required to submit evidence of their proficiency in the English language. TOEFL, IELTS, and PTE scores can be submitted to meet the eligibility criteria.
