The MSc in Applied Aging Sciences familiarizes students with important questions and challenges relevant to older Americans, providing applied, interdisciplinary approaches and solutions. The program trains students to recognize that there are multiple perspectives on virtually all issues that confront individuals working in the field of aging, and to gain key skills in multidisciplinary gerontology.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Following are the academic requirements of the program:
- Students must complete a bachelor’s degree from an approved regionally accredited institution (or international equivalent).
- A minimum grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) is required.
- Students from countries where English is not the official language, and who have not earned at least a bachelor’s degree in the U.S. from a regionally accredited institution, must also demonstrate proficiency in the English language.
