- Two letters of recommendation;
- An official transcript of all academic work on the collegiate level
- International students must submit a statement of finances which includes an affidavit of support and a bank statement which can be a letter from the bank notarized by the bank official.
- Tuberculosis Chest X-Ray and Tuberculosis Blood Test report after arrival in the United States.
