- MSc in Applied Physics is a hybrid program.
- The Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals Applied Physics graduate program—one of the few available in the nation offers a wide variety of courses that will enrich the experience as an engineer and will prepare students for exciting careers in the research and development of cutting-edge technology.
- This program is taught by notable scientists from the Johns Hopkins Physics Lab, NASA, and the Naval Research Laboratory, students can focus on a wide range of topics, including optics, interstellar space, ocean science, solid-state physics, and more. Learn to develop new technologies and solve engineering problems.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Students must complete their higher education.
- A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required to be eligible for the program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed higher education with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Submission of GRE exam scores is not compulsory but helps for a better chance of admission.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
