RMIT teaches it's a course in a way that prepares you for the job and job market, not just some intellectual italics that garbage. Its location is very central to the city also which allows an easy commute.
Course Curriculum
Very relevant and appropriate. Almost too specific, you learn lots about all of the civil disciplines and specialize in later years, chiding from water, GEOTECH, structural or transport. Negative is having some classes in Bundoora.
Fees
If you are a local student it is only about 1,400 per subject and that goes on the HECS student loan scheme.
Examination Structure
The exams are structured that they rarely exceed 50% of the total weighted mark for the course. There are mid-semester exams also that are usually weighted at around 30%. Other than that the content isn't too hard.
Faculty
The facilities are great. Learning spaces are always clean and modern. The labs are up to date and all that is needed but they reside in a northern subset away from city campus.
